Significant Simply Because They Are
She looks
Listens
Learns
Laughs
Hears
Lets Go
Embraces
Connects
Invests
Forgives
Unlearns
Relearns
Nobody is Somebody
Significant simply because they are
And someone cares
Someone shares
Cares enough to see them
Cares enough to hear them
Cares enough to stop to listen
To feel their heart beyond the shield
Softer not harder
Open hands not closed
Gone and here
Everyone breaks
Every one struggles
When I feel your heart
You know I am here
You are never alone
As I light your path
I light mine
Together we find our way home
The Woman in Red sits beside them
Soothes their fears
Wipes their tears
Lifts their hood
They belong
They are enough
Feel seen
Feel heard
Feel understood
Feel loved
Every one is Someone
